What’s an effective diet?

Eating is an important and essential part of everyone’s life. It’s one of the greatest pleasures of life and we should enjoy it. But some food can be harmful if are eaten regularly. I don’t mean they shouldn’t be eaten but it’s better to eat them based on a reasonable diet.

A good diet includes variety of healthy and nutritious food. A good diet can be helpful for anyone in any situation. For example a pregnant woman should have a healthy diet because this diet will affect the baby.

Dieting can affect a lot of things in your life like your condition of hair your skin and your body. Nowadays we see a lot of people trying to have a nice and in shape body. This may differ from one person to another. Some use diets to lose weight while others may use diets to gain weight.

As we see dieting plays an important role in our life. For having healthy and shining hairs you can use a lot of ways like regular cutting and cleaning, but you shouldn’t forget that dieting is also important. Having plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will make you sure that you are meeting your daily requirements of vitamin and mineral. While eating plenty of iron-rich foods should be included in your diet because lack of it may cause dramatic hair loss. But you shouldn’t expect dieting to affect your hair immediately because our hair grows about 1 cm every month.

About losing weight I have to say that it is obtained when the total energy offered by a diet is lower than the energy used by the body. So a good diet includes those foods that are considered as the best weight loss foods like those which are high in fiber content and low in calorie content.

Fruits are very low in energy and also contain fiber. So fruit and vegetable diet will be a good option. Having a good diet can also prevent cancer. Studies indicate that if you eat a well-balanced diet and maintain other healthy habits like exercising and eliminating tobacco, it will reduce the risk of cancer by as much as 70%. So as you see dieting can affect your life totally.
