Fitness is turning to an important issue and this defers from one person to another. For some people fitness is losing weight while the others may need to gain some weight to be considered as someone who is in shape.
If you want to improve your fitness, the first step is consulting with your diet expert because the physic of your body defers from your friend’s body. The kind of diet and exercises you choose should be based on your age, health, life style and other important issues. Everyone has a special physical character that needs proper ways to gain fitness.
You cannot lose weight and build mass at the same time. This means lifting for mass gains and doing a lot of exercises for losing weight simultaneously, does not work. And that’s another possible mistake that you may be making.
