Symptoms of panic attacks

Every one of us deals with anxiety and panic every day. A normal reaction to stress is called anxiety which is something that helps you deal with dread conditions like some times in office and those days when you have final exams. This tension will make you feel responsible in these situations.
Generally panic is helpful since it helps you cope with tense situations. But when it becomes something that happens every day without any reason and you can’t take it under your control then it becomes a disorder.
Panic attacks happen suddenly and they can be considered as overwhelming stress without any obvious reason. It is said that 1.3% of people worldwide experience panic attack at least one time in their life time. Many people think that panic attacks happen because of sadness but panic attacks are actually a product of your mind and thinking. A panic attack is bodily sensations of anxiety and a catastrophic misinterpretation of those feeling as dangerous. Continue…
