Symptoms of panic attacks

Every one of us deals with anxiety and panic every day. A normal reaction to stress is called anxiety which is something that helps you deal with dread conditions like some times in office and those days when you have final exams. This tension will make you feel responsible in these situations.

Generally panic is helpful since it helps you cope with tense situations. But when it becomes something that happens every day without any reason and you can’t take it under your control then it becomes a disorder.

Panic attacks happen suddenly and they can be considered as overwhelming stress without any obvious reason. It is said that 1.3% of people worldwide experience panic attack at least one time in their life time. Many people think that panic attacks happen because of sadness but panic attacks are actually a product of your mind and thinking. A panic attack is bodily sensations of anxiety and a catastrophic misinterpretation of those feeling as dangerous.

Your beliefs about being in danger cause an increased anxiety, which then leads to more sensations and more catastrophic thoughts, creating a relation between bodily sensations, distorted thoughts, and anxiety, which can rather quickly lead to a panic attack. The real problem is actually your mistaken belief that you are in danger, since panic is in fact an appropriate reaction when you are convinced that you may encounter dander. However, your belief is fallacious, and when you understand this on a deeper level, you will master your panic.

These are symptoms of panic attacks:
Rapid heart beating
Shaking some part of body
Feeling discomfort and pain in chest
Having problem with your breath and feeling smothering
Losing color in your skin and blushing
Urgently needing to urinate
Feeling dreamy or unreal
Fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing
Flushing or chills
Increased sweating
Nausea or butterflies
Dizziness or unsteadiness

So is there a cure or a solution for panic attacks? There is no cure for chronic panic attacks. The best thing any panic sufferer can hope is prevention, and repressing the frequency and seriousness of their attacks. For some people this may bring some great results, as they can go years without experiencing attacks. This is the best solution for panic attack symptoms.

So what can be done to achieve this goal? Most panic attacks are caused by specific triggers. Panic attacks can be caused by a lot of things like: fears, worries, excess stress, chemical imbalances, and for some just going to the grocery store can cause a panic attack. The best thing to be done is finding your own individual triggers.

After finding the triggers you need to have a healthier lifestyle. Most panic sufferers have to make their own solution for panic attack symptoms, and this can include making dramatic changes to their own lifestyle. Dieting, exercising, relaxation techniques, and maybe even a changing the location or career can all affect a person’s panic attacks. Maintaining healthy eating habits, exercising regularly, cutting down on daily stressors, all of these are necessary in controlling panic attacks more successfully.
