If you get angry you will definitely have problems

All of us have a unique way of expressing our anger and it depends on our character. In this situation we may react unconsciously or automatically. Anger itself is just a feeling. Often people refer any expression of anger with the extreme level of violence. Especially we see the improper expression of anger in relationships. Anger management is a requisite for everyone to keep intimate relationships with family members and people.

The effects and consequences of anger are always unpleasant. In most of the cases you may think, your anger doesn’t affect the people around you but if you ask them you will be surprised knowing that how they feel about your anger. Up to now, many effects of anger are recognized. Some of them are less harmful and the others are dangerous. Did you know Depression and suicide are the result of anger in many cases?

Teenagers are mainly affected by anger. They feel edgy when their parents or teachers express anger and it can cause levels of confusion in between the childhood and grown up ages.

Anger not only has psychological effects but also has physical effects. It causes severe headaches, blood pressure, chest pain and etc. for the people who frequently get angry, there will be a danger of stroke and kidney failure. Medical experts found that anger reduces the ability of heart for pumping blood. That’s the reason why people get heart attacks when they are extremely angry.

Anger may also affect the skin and cause many problems such as acne. It leads to depression, addiction, drugs, alcohol and sleeping problems so that’s why everyone today wants to learn how to manage his or her anger.

Anger can be managed by simple and easy techniques. Deep breathing is an influential way that can control your anger. Repeating shooting words like “take it easy” or walking are other ideal options. It can keep you calm for a long time afterwards.
