Creativity is an important business skill

What is creativity? Creativity is the act of turning your new thoughts and imaginations into reality. Creativity has got two processes: first you should think and then producing will be the next step.

Innovation is implementation. People who have ideas but don’t work on them in order to bring them into reality are considered imaginative but not creative.

Creativity has always been an important business skill, but in this turbulent economy it is essential. It’s not just what a few talented people have. We all are creative. It is highly likely that your creativity has been shrunken by social norms and life experiences, but it can be propagated and revived. You may not even think you are creative, but that’s not true.
