There is nothing worse than having to get up and going out very early in the morning while you didn’t have enough sleep last night.
Have you ever faced the situation in which it is almost 3 o’clock am, you are wiggling and you can’t sleep? We need to sleep in order to act optimally when we are awake. A lot of people are having lack of sleep or sleep disorder and they suffer from it. They may think that they can compensate it by sleeping more the next day or at the weekend. But it is not helpful.
