What’s an effective diet?

Eating is an important and essential part of everyone’s life. It’s one of the greatest pleasures of life and we should enjoy it. But some food can be harmful if are eaten regularly. I don’t mean they shouldn’t be eaten but it’s better to eat them based on a reasonable diet.
A good diet includes variety of healthy and nutritious food. A good diet can be helpful for anyone in any situation. For example a pregnant woman should have a healthy diet because this diet will affect the baby.
Dieting can affect a lot of things in your life like your condition of hair your skin and your body. Nowadays we see a lot of people trying to have a nice and in shape body.
